Tolmachevo Airport Served 5,000 Passengers on Repatriation Flights 
Tolmachevo Airport provides an organization of works on the repatriation transfer of Russian citizens from foreign countries and foreign citizens from the territory of Russia on a one-time permit basis with the observance of all requirements, guidelines and recommendations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).

The million passenger is registered today at Tolmachevo airport. Success was on the side of Anastasia Nekrasova– a 16 years old schoolgirl from Novoaltaisk city was going with her parents to Gelendjik by the S7 Airlines flight 3321.

On September 1st, 2006 JSC " RTS " has declared about an exclusion of JSC " Tolmachevo Airport " shares from the section of the «Securities admitted to the reference, but not included in quoted lists ". Such a decision was taken in connection with no accordance of the information in volume and terms stipulated by Rules of the securities admission to the JSC " RTS " auction.

Tolmachevo airport improves it's methods of providing security control
During his recent meeting with journalists, Alexey Chertenkov, General Director of Tolmachevo airport, has pointed out the following: "We must exercise the international experience and more over, we should take into account the experience of Ben Gurion International airport, which is considered to be a leader of aviation security providing. That is why we have been actively collaborating with Israel. Our specialists have already visited Israel to take over an experience, and we plan to send there more specialists for studying".

A 319 bases at Tolmachevo
One of the six Airbuses 319 of S7 Airlines will be based at Tolmachevo airport in order to fly from Novosibirsk. Aircraft A319 will replace Tu-154 on S7 flights to Saint-Petersburg, Beijing, Baku, Yerevan and Tashkent. Before S7 used A319 only on their flights from Moscow. Further S7 plans to expand the routes geography from Novosibirsk using this type of aircraft.

Vietnam Airlines has made a request to the Head of Administration of Novosibirsk region and Siberia Airlines to petition for aviation authorities of Russian Federation for granting the right of operation the route: Hanoi - Beijing - Novosibirsk and back during their business visit to Vietnam, taken place from 19 to 25th February, 2006.

The system of documents circulation LanDocs has been already used at Tolmachevo airport for more than two months. Before to make a decision about the choice of the electronic documents circulation system, there was a preliminary research conducted on the market of office work automation systems. "Siberian Project company" – the partner of LANIT company, the manufacturer of the documents management systems LanDOcs - was selected as a consultant and provider of the software.

Hainan Airlines Company Limited at Tolmachevo
Chinese Airline Hainan Airlines Company Limited (HNA) started regular flights from Tolmachevo International Airport to Beijing. The flights will be carried out twice a week on Boeing 737-800. The capacity of this type of aircraft is 164 seats.

Preliminary investment amount of the Multimodal Hub Development Project on Tolmachevo International Airport basis has been determined
Obermeyer Consult Ltd. and Center Consult Ltd. have finished the working-out of the General Plan of Tolmachevo International Airport development. Besides, the consortium of consultants presented a General Business Plan of the Multimodal Hub Development project on Tolmachevo International Airport basis, as well as the business plans of some components of the project.
