Results of 2021 at the Site of the Facility "The Reconstruction of the Tolmachevo Airport Terminal of International and Domestic Air Lines in Novosibirsk", the First Stage of Construction Works

The construction of the facility has reached the final stage. All the installation works on the load bearing structures has been completed. 70% of the thermal envelope of the airport complex is closed, the work is underway on the installation of internal engineering networks and final finish. Four domes and translucent facade systems are installed in the main atrium of the airport complex. Work is also continuing on the installation of external engineering networks.

In the near future, it is planned to begin work on the installation of decorative panels on the facade of the main atrium, installation of engineering equipment on the coating of the building, completion of work at the substation PS-110kV, as well as the start of installation works of the automatic luggage system.

As of the beginning of 2022, construction is ahead by 1.5% of the approved work schedule.

The Novosibirsk International Airport (Tolmachevo) named after A.I. Pokryshkin is one of the most actively developing federally significant airports and the largest transit hub in Russia beyond the Urals on routes connecting Europe and Asia.

This project named "Reconstruction of the airport complex of international and domestic air lines of the international airport in Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo)" is part of an ambitious airport development program.

The General Contractor under the contract for the construction of the new air terminal complex is the Turkish company ANT YAPI Ltd. The contract with the company has been signed on August 11, 2020. The Spectrum Group is the General Designer, Technical Customer and it has been carrying out the Construction control within this project.

The construction of the new airport terminal with an area of 56 thousand square meters is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The second stage of the project is planned to be implemented by 2025. It is planned to allocate a total of more than 20 billion rubles of private investment for the design and construction of the terminal complex. The approximate total area of the airport terminal shall amount after the implementation of two stages to more than 100 thousand square meters.
